We are a small team and we read every message. If something is confusing, broken, or missing, tell us and we will help.
Email haider.builds@icloud.com and we will get back to you, usually within two business days. To help us help you faster, include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and a short note on what happened.
See something off in an AI insight or notification, or content you want to report? Tell us at the same address and we will look into it.
Simple Health reads data from Apple Health, only with your permission. On first launch, allow the categories it asks for. If your insights look empty, open iOS Settings, go to Privacy and Security, then Health, choose Simple Health, and turn on the categories you want it to read. Apple hides read access status from apps, so granting again does no harm if you are not sure.
You choose how the AI runs. On device mode does the thinking on your iPhone and sends nothing to a cloud model. Cloud mode sends the context an insight needs to our AI provider.
Separately from that choice, Simple Health can store your daily summary and activity timeline on our backend, which is what powers the app across your devices and helps us improve it. That is the Share my health timeline with the developer switch under Settings, Privacy and Support, and you can turn it off at any time. In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland it stays off until you turn it on. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we collect, where it goes, and how to remove it.
To delete your account and everything we store, open Settings inside the app, tap your account at the top, then Delete Account. Two things worth knowing before you do: cancel a paid plan separately in iOS Settings, because deleting your account here does not stop Apple billing, and purchases cannot move to a new account on their own, so email us if you come back and we will sort it out. If you cannot reach that screen at all, email haider.builds@icloud.com and we will delete your account and data for you.
Simple Health sends at most one morning note a day with your Recovery, plus the occasional nudge when something lands in Apple Health. Each kind has its own switch inside the app under Settings, Notifications. To silence everything at once, open iOS Settings, choose Notifications, then Simple Health.
